Wizard101 Problem This Area Is Closed Right Now

So i am currently leveling up my death magician who is level 18 and im having a smash simply similar everyone i need to sell equipment and similar whatsoever person i want to sell at Bazaar then ive been trying to go from krokotopia to wizard metropolis but whenever i become to the spiral chamber at the oasis it tells me the same bulletin "Error, The area is airtight please effort again later" so i waited about 2 hours before trying over again only information technology nonetheless would non permit me go to the spiral so i thought "No biggie, ill simply go to the dorm room" so i try to port to my dorm room and the same message appears and this has been going on for about 2 days. All i want is to play the game to the fullest and become to all the areas merely information technology keeps telling me that certain areas are closed. I cant even go to wizard city i observe the only way i can get there is by teleporting to a friend that is already at that place and fifty-fifty when i do that i tin just stay in the area that my friend is considering when i try to become to any other area in the urban center the message pops upward, for what i know i can travel all through Krokotopia without trouble simply i cant go to wizard city, Delight help i will be finished with Krokotopia before long and want to go learn new spells and go to marleybone then Delight Please Delight help me.
p.s when i try to become to the wizard101 website it wont let me on there then is in that location a problem with the game and website or is information technology just my calculator?

This bulletin has been appearing when connections are shaky or the internet goes out.
At to the lowest degree, that use to be the case.
Now it seems to be happening more than frequently.
It e'er seemed to reset itself later on logging out and back in, only I've never seen this happen to someone for over 2 days. I would recommend contacting KingsIsle Customer Support and tell them what's going on.

I call up this has been happening to others, as well. I haven't seen it lately, though. I think yous should notify KI and wait a little fleck.

Yes, it's been happening to me for about 3 days now. I detect if I alter realms I can become the adjacent expanse. Information technology's a temporary gear up but I don't think I volition exist getting used to information technology since it takes a lot more time to go from one place to another. There's a lot of people going through this. Hopefully it will be fixed before long. Hope this helps you out for the time being.

this happened to me when i first started playing. i did send an e-mail to ki techs and i was asked to send them a dxdiag. hope this helps its how i requested help on the forums faq seg. i copied and pasted for yous. hope this is ok mods.

i've been having the same problem since their three hours maintenance update few days agone. i read every tip on their spider web site and did them all, and none worked. i emailed back up with info of what i had tried for fixing it and sent them files to come across what is going on. i got dorsum a reply of dump stuff out of my backpack and bank and modify realms. so... i let them know that my back packs and banks on all my wizards are not total, not fifty-fifty shut. also let them know that hey i cannot alter realms, and its non on just one wiz. its on all of mine. however take non heard whatsoever more dorsum from them. if i exercise hear or if i can figure out a fix, i will sure post information technology

At that place are many people with the same problem(s), including myself. Unfortunately, some of us can't send information TO support, as their website is downwardly for us. This seems to be happening (as far as I know) to people on the west coast.

Well I establish a way around this merely you demand a close friend that y'all trust in some other part of USA or other country. It seems that this problem is a USA matter. I had this friend log in from some other country and they had no problem getting to my storm and doing my plants TG :P Seems that many of us are on a path or server that is having mass trouble. I however do am on my life at present simply nonetheless can not become to my storm fire or Myth wiz's. Hope this will help all I could practice to get anywhere KI and wizard101 have not answered any emails.
